Alan Kane is a serial entrepreneur, active angel investor and obsessed with building businesses. Alan's experience ranges from recruiting founding teams, fundraising, leading M&A transactions to listing on the New York Stock Exchange (https://www.nyse.com/). Alan is currently a co-founder and managing member of Pure USA, a management and operating company in the North American legal cannabis industry (http://thecannabisindustry.org/). Previously, he founded DealerHQ, an automotive software company, and, prior to that, co-founded Phunware (http://www.phunware.com/), an industry-leading mobile software company. Earlier experience included management consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton (http://www.boozallen.com/) and investment banking at Wells Fargo (https://www.wellsfargo.com/com/). Further, as an investor, board member or advisor, Alan has been involved with dozens of technology companies.
